Entry visa guidelines

 
Here you will find instructions on how to apply for Entry visa.

 

For Visit/Tourist Visas

  •  Get the invitation letter done by your Guarantor in Sudan  download the invitation letter template from the following links and send it to your sponsor so he/she can fill it out and sign it.

  • Fill the application form

  • Payment of the fees of 100CHF (Non-refundable)

  • Post Account No: 85-260601-5
  • if you chose to pay at the post office , kindly send us the original receipt , if you chose to pay through bank transfer kindly write the names of the applicants in the Note section when doing the transaction any payment proof that does not show the names of the applicants will not be accepted.
  • Send the passport by post with a return ready post envelop
  • The visa usually takes a minimum of 10-15  working days to be issued
  • The months of June, July, November and December are excluded as due to the huge rush on visa requests the issuance could take up to a month.
  • Kindly note that you are not required to have a confirmed ticket before applying, it is therefore recommended to get the visa first then book your flight
  • The Consular section no longer answers inquiries about the delay of issuance of visas. Kindly note the delay mentioned above. Once the process is complete, the passport will be sent back with the visa.

For Official Visas

  • Fill the application form
  • Diplomatic, UNLP and Official passports are exempt from the fees
  • Send the passport and copy of the payment proof by post with a return ready post envelope
  • The visa usually takes about 14-21 days to be issued
  • The months of June, July, November and December are excluded as due to the huge rush on visa requests the issuance could take up to a month
  • Kindly note that you are not required to have a confirmed ticket before applying, it is therefore recommended to get the visa first then book your flight
